This weekend we had the opportunity to see our families and bless Adelynn. Andrew's parents and all of his siblings were able to make it down and it was so good to see everyone.
Andrew blessed Adelynn Sunday morning and he did such a good job.

Four generations.
Grandma was not ok that I got her ears pierced. She wanted me to take them out RIGHT THEN.
The sweetest angel face.
Keenan and Lexi were too busy playing but this little girl has lots of cousins to play with.
Andrew's siblings and their spouses. Just missing Zack on his mission.
Favorite uncle? :)
"Get me out of this dress!"

We had such a good weekend and love all our families. It was so good to see everyone. We love this little girl more than we can say.
Blessings are hard work! Down for the count.
Love reading your blog and learning about your family. Don't worry about your grandma wanting you to take her sweet little earrings out immediately. Think you are a smart mommy getting her ears pierced now when mommy can care for them. I always dreamed of having a little girl with cute little pierced earrings. We had our daughter's ears pierced at 6 weeks, so its not too early. The best time to do it is under 2 months according to our pediatrician who encouraged me to do it and gave me some tips for mom having their babies and little girls ears pierced.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing sweeter than a baby with pierced earrings. It makes them look so feminine and ingénue. Our daughter is two now and is girlie-girl. She loves changing her earrings to match her dresses.
Any moms looking for more research on "to pierce or not to pierce," drop me an e-mail for our ped's suggestions.
