Fab Ab February

This month is Fab Ab February! I'm going to call it a challenge for lack of a better word, but quite honestly, it isn't that difficult. It takes less than ten minutes every day of February, with rest days on Sundays. By the end of it, if you can't already, you will be doing 100 sit ups, 25 push ups, and 2 minute plank. Let's get Fab Abs!!!
